Email contact and how we handle emails

It is the policy of Educational Leadership Project Ltd to send our contacts emails throughout the purchasing process and other newsletter emails they elect to receive. Further, it is our policy to immediately remove any member from any mailing list upon the members request. In addition, Educational Leadership Project will send out promotional material to its newsletters subscribers promoting material related to Educational Leadership Project. We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our members, and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments. We will preserve the content of any email you send us if we believe we have the legal requirement to do so. Your email message content may be monitored by us for trouble shooting or maintenance purposes or if any form of email abuse is suspected.

Forms

Our sites registration forms sometimes require you to provide contact information and may also require demographic information. Your contact information may be used to contact you when necessary. Sometimes this information is required by the Ministry of Education, if you are taking part in one of the SELO programmes.

Contact Removal

If you wish to have your details removed from our directory for any reason, simply send us an email requesting to be removed.

Security of information

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information that is transmitted to us is transmitted at your own risk. Nevertheless, once we receive your transmission, we will take reasonable steps to preserve the security of such information.
