Having experienced these spaces and worlds it has given me insight into the importance of honouring the relationships between myself and the three worlds.My journey as a Samoan is mine alone\, it is not the journey of all Samoans or all Polynesian people. This talanoa is about how I became to be in my identity as a New Zealand born Samoan and it is my journey in leadership within early childhood and beyond.I have been in early childhood for over 20 years and I have kept my Samoaness with me the entire way through my career\, this has been the pinnacle of my success and the foundation of my leadership within this space.
